Biography of Tseden Nyamdorj, The Doctor and Professor of
Medical Science
I was born in 1926 in the family of herder. In my childhood, I wasnt involved neither in a kindergarten nor in a primary school. It was only educated
at home and possessed a writing and reading shill. My father died in my childhood and two brothers went to Ulaanbaatar city
and the Soviet Union to study. Therefore, I lived with my mother and one my younger brother.
In 1940, I began to work as a water-distributor in the aimag hospital.
That time, I carried water four times a day from a distant place on a horse-cart and just, at evenings I had a time to feed
my horse and let him to rest. In 1942, after two years, during the World War II, I entered into the Middle Medical School
in Ulaanbaatar city and successfully graduated from it in 1945.Then, for two years I worked as an assistant-doctor in Zuilsum,
Uvurkhangai aimag. In 1947-1949, I worked as a Head of the Medical department of the aimag and in autumn of 1949, I entered
into the Class of Medicine, Mongolian National University and successfully graduated from it in 1954. After graduation from
the University, I worked for 4 years as a general doctor and a head of the Medical department in countryside, more clearly,
in Tuv and dornogovi aimags.
In 1958-1995, I worked in continuous 37 years, as a teacher and chief
in the Department of Skin Disease Study of the National University and later Medical University of Mongolia. Since 1995, I
have been working as a doctor-adviser in the Hospital of Skin disease and Allergy Gran-Pri. In total, beginning from 1940,
for continues 60 years, I have been studying and working in medical organizations.
In 1969-1970, I improved my specialty in the Soviet Union, Germany,
Poland and Czech Republic. In 1975, I defended the Degree of Doctor of Medical Science at the Central Scientific Research
Institute of Skin Disease Study, Moscow by the monograph

In 1970-1984, I published 14-17 paged textbooks intended for the
students of Universities and Institutes. Also, I wrote four manuals intended for doctors, specialists and practicing doctors
and wrote and published more than 100 scientific-research works.
